In 2006, while managing several million dollars in paid search budgets, I was offered the opportunity to participate in the Google Advertising Professionals Program.
The Google Advertising Professionals Program is designed for search marketing professionals who currently manage manage multiple paid search (Google AdWords) client accounts with specific budget thresholds.
I have been using Google’s paid search (AdWords) platform since its early days in 2002, so I found the testing to be less than challenging; however, my small business clients enjoyed the free AdWords credits that I could allot them as a Google Certified Advertising Professional.
